Thursday, Aug. 07, 2003 - 6:42 p.m. right now i am listening to 311's new album, 'EVOLVER.' it's so good. if you haven't listened to it, listen to it. i will admit, i did have to listent to it again to really get into it, but that's how it is w/ all their albums. i always am able to find that one song that i identify w/...and i did again. my favorite song on the album has to be 'beyond the gray sky.' it just makes you want to cry. i also like the last song 'sometimes jacks rule the realm.' but you know something? i like every single song on that album. they harmonize oh so well. **sigh** well, i had better find some quick food. jody will be here any minute. we're going to the art gallery. i feel the need to be cultural. i haven't been to the art gallery in YEARS. it's just something i thought about. of course, we're going out to the bar later on. it's thursday...i always go out. i mean, hell, it's $2.00 bottle night. i wouldn't miss it for the world. now i can have my morretti i've been craving since last thursday. oh, let me tell you about psycho kitty!since my roommate is gone, i am house sitting alone, so craig, across the hall, is all my responsibilty. i went to feed him this morning and he kept meowing, which he does ALL the time. i couldn't pick him up or touch him b/c i had on a black high necked sleeveless sweater. if i touched that cat, i would have cat hair all over me and that was not an option. oh, need i mention i am NOT a cat person. i am a dog person. well, i fed the fish and the cat had enough food. so i was going to go out the door and the crazy ass cat jumped over my leg to get outside. i had to chase him this morning and that is not a good thing. why? b/c i am not a morning person, nor do i find it amusing to be chasing a cat at 8:00a.m. when i am supposed to be at work at that time. i had to grab the cat by the tail and pull it. don't worry, it didn't hurt him, just shocked him. he has no front claws and is strictly a house cat. when jody gets here, i'll let jody go play w/ him. he's too needy. that's why i don't have any kids or pets. alright, well, the end of the 311 cd is almost here. they last song is playing, so better get on the stick and get ready to go to the art gallery. until later!
