mike the bartender 2001-11-20 - 10:43 a.m. well, it has happened. i have finally gotten over the crush i had on cute bartender boy mike. i still think he is cute, don't get me wrong, and will flirt with him sometimes, but as far as going ga-ga over him, not gonna happen anymore. i will still give him phatty tips because he is good and he knows what he is doing, but not for being him, no. i have no idea what happened. it's like we are buddy, buddy now. we had a little arguement last night over leo/eddie. it never hit me how much they look alike. leo stuck his head out and yelled somedthing to mike and i thought it was eddie. i was wrong, i will admit it now, but not to a boy. so we had a little squabble, which ricky thought was too funny. then mike was like, it's okay, and started laughing at me. we discussed work and then he asked me why i was being so bitchy tonight and what happened to me. i explained that i had not long gotten off work and i needed something to mellow me out. i got a look from him with a smile, but i ignored him...until he flicked water at me. whatever. i did get to see chris j. moon, the old bartender. he is cool...and he is back. he really used to love his job and he is so happy to be back. that's good. i got mike to make that drink for me again. it was called mike rico's balls. very tasty drink, if i must say so myself. everytime i ask for it, he laughs. he won't tell me what is in it, either. i just know it's red at the bottom and blue at the top. very potent and very tasty. ricky and i are not having a conversation about leo now. it is very funny. ricky says he is really cute, i say he used to look better. ricky says he is probably a good kisser. i say he is okay, but he taste like smoke, marlboro reds to be exact. ricky says he is totally hot, i say he has no butt. ricky keeps saying a lot of inappropriate things about him. i say, if you only knew.... ricky says he looks like he has adequate packing. i say for once, you got the nail on the head, but girthy is the word i would use. now both of us are laughing and comparing ron to leo. you might not think it can be done, but they have a lot in common. i will leave that alone now. well, i have been here for about3 hours and have done absolutely nothing except get everything in order. i need to key some entries in because i am leaving at noon tomorrow. i cannot wait. i think i will see if my mom and nephew want to eat lunch at nyp tomorrow. that will be interesting. the only time i will ever pay for all their food. you know why? because it is the only place that i know that i can go and get lunch for 3 people under $10.00.
